These are the terms for using the Fantasy Fives App (service). Throughout these terms and conditions we will refer to the people who will be using our app as ‘users’ and people who have signed up to our newsletter but haven’t necessarily signed up to use the app as ‘subscribers’.

Privacy Practices

When becoming a user or subscriber of Fantasy Fives we collect some of your personal information.
Users are those who create an account on the Fantasy Fives App. Subscribers are those who sign up to our newsletter via a signup form on our website.

• The location you play for your 5 a side team

• What day of the week you normally play for your 5 a side team

 

This data will be used to create your profile in the Fantasy Fives app to improve your experience of the service.

This information will be visible for other users in the app. 

This information will also be used to create more relevant notifications from the app.

 

Subscriber

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email Address

• Playing location and playing day of 5 a side team

 

This data will be provided by subscribers to Reality Sports Ltd. and will mean that they are subscribed to our email newsletter.

Subscribers will be free to unsubscribe from our emails at any point.

Limitation of Liability

Reality Sports Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages or loss of any kind arising from the use of our service.

 

We take appropriate measures to protect any personal data provided to us by users or subscribers, as governed by our privacy policy. 

 

By signing up to use the fantasy fives app you understand that submitting any personal information is done so at your own risk and Reality Sports Ltd, as much as is permitted by law, is not liable for any loss of data.

 

By adding your personal data to Fantasy Fives you are agreeing that other people on the app are able to access this data.

We do not take responsibility for what other users do with this information.

It is against our terms to share any other user’s personal data without explicit written permission. Failure to comply with this rule may result in termination of your account. 

 

We are also not responsible for any money spent on Fantasy Fives. Users are responsible for any purchases made within the app.

You understand that any money spent in the app does not guarantee a reward.
All money spent in the app is non refundable.

 

We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur while playing 5 a side football.

 

When sharing anything on social media from the app, the person posting on social media takes full responsibility for the content of this post, we do not have any liability for what users share.

Intellectual Property Rights

All parts of the Fantasy Fives App are owned by Reality Sports Ltd or are used with appropriate licensing agreements.

It is all protected by United Kingdom copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

By using our service, you have access to this intellectual property. You may use these for your own personal use or through features of the app that allow you to share content via email or social media.
None of our intellectual property can be commercially exploited at all

 

You must not:
 

• Modify copies of any materials from the App

• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from the accompanying text

• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies or materials from the App

• Reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to steal the software code of the App.

User Behaviour

 

Sharing other users personal data without explicit written permission is against our terms. Doing so may result in termination of your Fantasy Fives account.

 

Part of the account set up in Fantasy Fives involves creating a team name. We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of hate based on gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or political views. Team names cannot have any expression of hate based on any of the above, doing so will result in termination of your account.

Payments within the app

​

Within Fantasy Fives there are some options that are only available after they have been paid for. These are the chips that can be played when selecting your fantasy team each week.

Quadruple captain and Rush Goalie can be paid for and the price is £0.99 per use.

They can be used twice each per season and only one can be used within one gameweek. Season lengths may vary.

 

A user can either pay by entering card details or they can use Apple Pay. There will be no refunds for any purchases made within the app.

Notification of Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions and we will update all users or subscribers when changes are made.
